What is a reasonable charge for a service to clean up pet feces and urine from a vacant house?

house pet

Looking to purchase a short sale from bank at reasonable price. Not too much structural damage but the house has pet feces all over the floors. Just wanted to get an idea of the process and average price and time it would take to clean it all up.

    How high is the sky?

No way to answer this question without knowing the extent of the damage, size of house, composition of floors, etc. etc. etc. If there are feces, there is probably urine, which is much more of a problem getting rid of.

first thing is first pet poop and urine are impossible to get out especially if you have carpet, the carpet has to be changed and the floor no matter if it is cement or wood and has to be painted with masonry paint to seal in the odor, if the amount of pet poop is that excessive like you say even if you replace the carpet the odors are soaked into the cement or wood floor as well, so if you are purchasing this home for you replace the carpet and paint the floor now otherwise you will be sorry afterwards, if not buying the home for you you will still have to do something to make it smell good for the prospective buyers because if left in closed door it will stink la a skunk in heat. good luck
